Head Chef of Ristorante Cuore, Looca Manfe finished high school at 19 years old with the dream of opening his own restaurant. He attended the Institute of Culinary Arts (ICA) and graduated in 2010 in the 67th batch of students. He lived in Sicily,Italy for the greater part of his childhood before migrating to the United States at 13 years old. He attributed a substancial part of his culinary knowledge to observing his nonna's (grandmother) cooking when he was younger. He specialised in italian cuisine during his education at the ICA and opened Ristorante Cuore in 2014 to honour and share his love for food with Singapore.
